Excellent service, very good surprise as all dishes were excellent

The location and quality of food was very good but the service was just robotic and very stiff and cold. The place and service and staff simply lacked any semblance of warmth and welcome. It felt far too orchestrated and pretentious with minimal personal interaction, almost zero eye contact or smiles, and just really felt very cold. We&#39;ve been around France and Switzerland for 3 weeks this trip, can do ok in French and do speak other languages, and are well traveled, so our are expectations are realistic. This place was just too pretentious, even compared to the Ritz in Geneva. And the place was not full and had a good mix of older patrons, families with small kids and adult groups. Just be nicer and warmer to customers and the experience would improve drastically.

A nice setting in an old building, small tapas portions, expected more than just 2 prawns or 1 tiny piece of fish. Beef bourignon  was just a slow cooked shredded beef. Service was excellent, wine was good.

We had the duck! It was an excellent dish The service girls were very friendly and professional

Great service, we had the menu,homemade dumplings and pork as main - delicious and home-ey.  Great aesthetics and atmosphere. Recommend 10/10 Much better than any other &ldquo;stuck up&rdquo; french resto

Friendly staff and nice decoration.Tables are quite tight but we were expecting it.The issue was really the food. I had andoillete which is a challenging dish and I have no comparison point so I won&#39;t comment but my girlfriend had Duck confit which was clearly reheated and it was just boring. A serious disappointment.
